Raymond Baladi is a civil engineer graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University of Venezuela in 2012, in turn, obtained a master’s degree in project management from the Polytechnic University of Miami in 2018. During his career he has specialized in construction, participating in the planning, execution, and control phases of projects of more than 150 million dollars, both in the United States and in Venezuela. In his role as project manager within Riviera Point, along with the development director, is related to the pre-construction and planning process, the execution phase, monitoring and closing processes of the company’s different commercial construction projects.
